Publish Your Work in a Philosophy Journal

Publications look great on resumes and graduate school applications!

Here is a list of journals that publish articles and book reviews by undergraduate philosophy students, with descriptions from their websites. Visit their websites for more information about the journals and their submission policies. Discuss possible submissions with your professors.

Remember: Do not send the same article to more than one journal at the time!

Present Your Work at a Philosophy Conference

Students who apply and are invited to participate in a conference, presenting a paper, may apply for up to $500 in support from the department. After consultation with a sponsoring member of the faculty, who should communicate with the Chair about the purpose and amount of the funding, the student should fill out and submit the below form. Please note that money for student events and other purposes should not be applied for here, but through a member of the faculty as part of Departmental development funding.
